If you want to provide your customers with the widest possible range of services, to place goods in a temporary storage warehouse on your behalf, to bear warehouse costs yourself, take care of the following conditions.
A necessary condition for cooperation is the right to submit cargo and accompanying documents to the customs authorities, as well as the right to place and receive goods in temporary storage warehouses, stipulated by your Expedition Agreement with the consignee / sender.
After the goods have been delivered and the carrier has taken actions related to the completion of the customs procedure of customs transit (in the event that your Company does not act on behalf of such a carrier and does not act on behalf of the carrier in carrying out actions related to the completion of the customs procedure of customs transit), completion by the customs authority actions of the customs procedure of customs transit, goods can be placed in temporary storage.
Note: In accordance with Article 100 of the EAEU Customs Code for placing goods on temporary storage of a forwarding company, it is necessary to confirm the authority in relation to goods, namely the placement and receipt of goods at / from a temporary storage warehouse.
For this purpose, you must provide the customs authority with transport (transportation) commercial and (or) customs documents containing information about the goods, their sender and receiver, the country of departure / destination, or an electronic document with information about the registration number of the preliminary information.
Then you should send a copy of the Expedition Agreement with the consignee / sender (to confirm authority with respect to the goods) and a copy of the agreement with the carrier (order) to the owner of the temporary storage warehouse. These documents stipulate the right of the carrier to place the forwarded goods to the temporary storage warehouse. Besides, an application for unloading goods from the vehicle to the warehouse should be sent, too.
In accordance with your application, we accept goods from the carrier, mark for the carrier the 20th column of the International Bill of Lading and draw up a warehouse document for your Company.
